Mark Levin asks after the 2nd assassination attempt against Pres. Trump

“Who’s in charge?” asked Mark Levin on Fox News this evening in the wake of the second assassination attempt on the life President Donald J. Trump about 1:30 p.m. this afternoon as he was rounding the fifth hole at Trump International Golf Club in Palm Beach, Florida—playing an even round, about to make a birdie putt!
Quite clearly, it’s “Keystone Cops” when it comes to the Biden/Harris Administration’s protection of President Trump—protection that Pres. Biden had ordered upgraded to the level of a presidential protectee after Trump’s near assassination in Butler, Pennsylvania, just nine short weeks ago, on July 13.
It’s also quite clear on this, the Feast of Our Lady of Sorrows, imaging the sword Simeon said would pierce her soul (Luke 2:33-25), that Mary, the Mother of Jesus, is in charge, protecting Pres. Trump every step of the way, and wants to console him in his suffering. He is so maligned by liberal Democrats that this result is no surprise.
But Mary will not be outdone.
There is no other way to analyze this most unlikely string of events today from the gun sticking through the hedge the Advance Secret Service officer happened to see, to the pedestrian who took the initiative to take a picture of the speeding away black Nissan, including, critically important, the license plate so that the would-be assassin, 58-year-old, Ryan Wesley Routh, the Secret Service shot at, is now in custody.
The same unlikely scenario played out nine weeks ago when Pres. Trump visited the Our Lady of Fatima shrine near Bedminster just before his near assassination; then, reminiscent of how she saved St. Pope John Paul II’s life, she saved Pres. Trump’s life.
To wit:
On May 13, 1981, the Feast of Our Lady of Fatima, the Soviet-hired Bulgarian gunman aimed straight for the heart of the pope in St. Peter’s Square, just as the gunman aimed straight for the president’s head.
But for the Pope bending down to bless a young girl’s Fatima medal, the bullet would have gone right through his heart and killed him instantly.
And but for the President turning his head to look up at that chart, the bullet would have blasted his brains.
That he was looking up at the immigration chart showing what he did to protect America vs. what Biden-Harris did to destroy America vis-à-vis their open borders immigration policies, is no mere coincidence.
As in 2016, it’s clear the wide-open border will be one of the biggest issues catapulting him back into the White House, when finally, he will get protection worthy of a president.
But, since he is practically the president, and is such a target, time to ditch the Keystone Cops for the elite, full-scale Secret Service protection he so richly deserves.

Chris Plante, the most talented radio broadcaster since Rush Limbaugh, opining over motive, as officials scratch their head as to why on earth Routh, who sports a Biden-Harris bumper sticker on his truck back in Hawaii, would have been hanging out near Trump’s golf course with a machine gun…
Grouse hunting, suggested Plante!
Furthermore now that the FBI is in charge, Plante said, we can look forward to a “thimble-full” of information “months from now.”
One caller wanted to know how it is that Routh knew to be right at the spot outside the sixth hole closest to the road at the exact moment when Trump was about to round it, suggesting a possible tip-off—unless Routh merely did his own surveillance over weeks, figuring out the patterns of the, ahem, grouse…
The good news is, Governor Ron DeSantis will be conducting his own investigation, perhaps on the way to being named FBI Director in Trump 47?

Today, Larry Kudlow asked House Speaker Mike Johnson why Pres. Joe Biden has not yet ordered the highest level of Secret Service protection for Pres. Trump. His question was posed at an America First Policy Institute forum.
According to reporting on Sunday, Pres. Biden did just that after the first near-assassination in Butler, Pennsylvania that injured Pres. Trump and killed Corey Comperatore, as reported herein. It seems a logical response, and one this columnist had no reason to question, given that Pres. Trump’s threat level is the highest in the world, with Iran gunning for him—this latter fact demanding the highest level of protection, as the first, most obvious response to what is, ipse facto, an act of war.
But, Pres. Biden’s call evidently went unheeded.
Which begs the original question of this piece:
Who’s in charge?
Recall that on July 23, as reported in “Miracle of July 13 paves the way…” the president “signed an executive order issued by the White House that delegates his presidential powers and authorities not to the Vice President but to the Secretaries of Treasury and State regarding the Ukraine funding bill and all future legislation and executive orders…”
These two attempts on Pres. Trump’s life, it seems clear, are not just lone wolves acting on their own. Even if they are, the correct posture would be to act as if it’s a coordinated conspiracy beyond your wildest imaginings. Worst case, that is wrong and Pres. Trump gets a higher level of protection. Best case, our nation avoids a tragedy of epic proportions.
