Americans, "conceived in liberty," must fight and win the battle to reclaim our medical freedom
As the medical establishment continues to collude with the pharmaceutical industry in denying COVID-19 patients lifesaving therapeutics as they die painful, suffocating deaths, it is high time for a dose of reality. If we do not tell the truth, our American Republic, for which so much blood and treasure has been spilled to preserve our God-given freedoms, will be the next victim. But as General George S. Patton would remind us, Americans are a fighting people, even if the enemy is within — especially if the enemy is within, though the tools are different. As the expression goes, ‘the pen is mightier than the sword,’ which Drs. Kulldorff & Bhattacharya demonstrate in their New Year’s Eve response to “The Collins and Fauci Attack on Traditional Public Health.”
I come at this understanding of what works in public health through hard-won experience, first as Special Assistant to the Assistant Secretary for Health at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services during the four years of the George H. W. Bush presidential administration, when Anthony Fauci, M.D., NIAID Director and Chief Medical Advisor to the President of the United States, was dealing with another crisis, AIDS, in much the same way, with equally unacceptable results.
Then, the last week of 2021, I gained the ultimate knowledge when my 96-year-old father survived a bad bout of “the Wu” (COVID-19).
It was truly a miracle how he evaded the clutches of the medical establishment, who are acting more like Praetorian Guards similarly incentivized by “power, greed and terror,” about which Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. writes in his book, “The Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health (Children’s Health Defense)” exercising a tight grip that limits the health choices of Americans. When all people want is a fair shot at surviving. More and more, that is simply not an option and, since, under the CARES Act, hospitals pocket more money for their failed treatments if a patient dies of COVID in the hospital, the truth of the matter seems blindingly obvious.
Without going into details, suffice it to say, when we got the “test result” at 11 p.m. the night of December 27, 8 days into my father’s hospital stay during which so obviously he had “a bad chest cold”— essentially what Omicron is— all they would offer him was “Remdesivir,” which I rejected given that it does nothing to tackle the underlying disease and, according to Dr. Bryan Ardis and others, hastens the death of COVID patients, all the while the hospital pockets $27,000 while the patient is left with a tab of $3,000, or portion thereof not covered by insurance, for the six-vial “treatment.” (Steroids, too, which only address the symptoms, were offered but were not an option for my father.)
Then a miracle happened.
My father’s temperature was stable overnight as well as the next morning, with just a little Tylenol required to bring it down; and he only required 2 liters of oxygen.
So, I took the daring, but utterly necessary step of bringing Dad home, on what was the 61st anniversary of his mother’s death, and after a round-the-clock valiant effort for some two days, giving him various therapeutics, Ivermectin the Babe Ruth of them all, Dad stabilized — oxygen and pulse and temperature all good by 10 p.m., the night of December 30. Mind you, the second he got home, he de-satted requiring 5 liters of oxygen to maintain a healthy oxygen level.
I would be remiss if I did not mention, the first person I contacted in the wee hours of December 27/28, as I began dealing with this crisis was Dr. Peter McCullough, who helped me chart a course of recovery for my father. (He knows his p’s and q’s as his recent appearance on “The Joe Rogan Experience” illustrates.) He and many doctors in a network of patriots, General Thomas McInerney (USAF-Ret.) assembled earlier this year, including Dr. Karladine Graves, Dr. Ryan Cole, Dr. Lee Merritt, Dr. Richard Urso, Dr. Dave Janda, Dr. Lawrence Sellin, and others, have imparted invaluable knowledge regarding proven life-saving therapeutics that work when facing the daunting challenge of COVID-19 illness.
Dad still has a lot of gunk in his chest and we will continue to climb this mountain till the congestion is resolved, but he is out of the worst danger.
Knowing how our family has benefited from Ivermectin, it is so incredibly poignant to read the heartrending story of the gentleman who is dying of COVID at Mayo Clinic in Florida which, like all hospitals, refuses to treat him with Ivermectin. Just one of countless stories in which these victims are thrown to the tender mercies of the medical establishment that deprives them of these life-saving treatments.
Ivermectin works, along with the other therapeutics that must be given in tandem with this miracle repurposed drug. Basically, what it does is efficiently deliver Zinc to the infected cells thereby neutralizing the virus and allowing the patient to heal.
The truth shall set you free, Jesus, the Son of God, said. (John 8:32)
And, the truth is, Ivermectin is a healing agent that must not be denied patients who are languishing with COVID in the hospital.
If the medical establishment continues down this path, we will have to start calling hospitals “death wards,” not “places of healing.” That Bethesda (Maryland), where the NIH is located, and where all these life-sapping rules have been developed, means “a place of healing,” is the ultimate irony.
This inhuman medical tyranny must end in 2022. Which includes the experimental vaccines and mandates — requiring them as if some kind of magic elixir. They are not, having caused untold death and injury and offering less-than-robust protection while weakening the human immune system, all the affirmations to the contrary notwithstanding, about which I write in “Epidemics, Then and Now” and “Now, Queen Elizabeth.”
The U.S. Supreme Court, mere days from today, can take a small step toward medical liberty by affirming medical choice vis-à-vis the employer mandate when it hears oral arguments on OSHA and CMS vaccine mandates on Friday, January 7, 2022.
God bless America in 2022! May our land, which Abraham Lincoln christened as “conceived in liberty” in the Gettysburg Address 159 years ago this year of Our Lord 2022, find renewal and healing in this hope-filled new year.
